In 1981 Richard and Nancy Nash started Nash Builders with the intention of being a different kind of Building Contractor. They wanted to build their reputation not only on the quality of their work but also on their  quality of service to the client before, during and after the home is built.  Today,  they have succeeded in building a reputation for the highest quality of work and service, throughout northern Michigan.

Now, their son Dennis and his family have
joined Dick and Nancy in carrying on the family business and the family reputation. Their hard earned reputation for quality and service is unmatched in the construction industry and is the driving force behind any project that they undertake, whether it be a deck or a "dream"  home.
